AI Engineer - Marketing Technology (Agentic AI Platform)

Pierian is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our dynamic Marketing Technology development team. You will play a pivotal role in architecting and building our cutting-edge agentic AI platform, designed to revolutionize personalized customer experiences. This platform will leverage enterprise and website behavior data, alongside relevant contextual information, to deliver highly personalized recommendations and experiences to users across various domains (e.g., personalized meals for airline passengers, tailored holiday experience options).

Architect and Develop an Agentic AI Platform:

• Design and implement a robust and scalable agentic AI platform capable of understanding user intent and providing personalized recommendations.
• Develop and integrate sophisticated AI models, including natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and deep learning (DL) algorithms.
• Build a system that can effectively process and analyze large volumes of enterprise and website behavior data, as well as external contextual data.
• Implement reinforcement learning techniques to enable the AI agents to learn and adapt over time, continuously improving recommendation accuracy.

Personalized Recommendation Engine:

• Develop and optimize algorithms for generating personalized recommendations based on user profiles, behavior patterns, and contextual factors.
• Integrate data from various sources (CRM, website analytics, third-party APIs) to create a comprehensive user understanding.
• Implement real-time recommendation capabilities to deliver timely and relevant suggestions.

Contextual Data Integration:

• Design and implement mechanisms for integrating and processing diverse contextual data sources (e.g., location, time, weather, user preferences).
• Develop strategies for leveraging contextual information to enhance the relevance and accuracy of personalized recommendations.

Platform Deployment and Optimization:

• Deploy and manage the AI platform in a cloud-based environment (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Monitor platform performance and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient deployment and updates.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers to define requirements and develop solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and marketing technology.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-powered applications, particularly in the area of recommendation systems or agentic AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python, and familiarity with relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Transformers).
• Experience with NLP and natural language understanding (NLU) techniques.
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning principles and experience implementing RL algorithms.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and tools (e.g., SQL, NoSQL databases, data pipelines).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with marketing technology and customer data platforms is a strong plus.
