Who you are

Tealium CDP or Blueconic for clients in Telecommunications, Fintech and Consumer Marketing. The CDP role is unique from a MarTech standpoint - you are well positioned to influence CRM, Owned and Paid-Media roadmaps with our global clients as well as work with Pierian Labs developers on cutting-edge use cases. 

Core Skills Required:

  • Marketing Platform & Data Implementation Skills: Set-up CDP/Tag Manager/Analytics/Tracking Tags and Event Listeners
  • Data CDP/DMP/Analytics Platform Operations Skills: Create audiences and map to adtech platforms viz. Meta Business Manager, Programmatic RTB tools such as The Trade Desk
  • CDP/DMP/Tracking Analytics Set-Up & Reporting: Able to build reports and dashboards, focusing on key performance indicators and collating to present them back to project team
  • Intermediate knowledge of Javscript, HTML/CSS, Martech IDs (Cookie, Hashed Identifiers .etc)
  • QA rigor and regression testing 


Desirable Additional Skills: 

  • Data Warehousing, SQL Python/R programming and Cloud AI familiarity (intermediate level)
  • Training programme development

  • Client Exposure, ability to prepare manage and run team and client meetings 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal Pierian experts and our Clients’ marketing and technology teams to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications for data integration, segmentation, and personalization use cases 
  • Implement and configure the CDP platform to capture, integrate, and manage customer data from various sources, including websites, mobile apps, CRM systems, and third-party applications
  • Design and develop profiles, and segments and in-platform data models within the CDP to enable data collection and creation of personalized marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Exploit AI and Machine Learning features - within the CDP as well as externally built by Pierian to evolve platform capabilities
  • Collaborate with CDP partners such as Adobe, Blueconic and Tealium to develop custom data integrations and API connections between the CDP and adtech/marketing email platforms
  • Create and maintain data governance practices, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Perform quality assurance, monitoring and troubleshooting data integration processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates within the CDP
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to customer data management and personalization. Undergo Train-the-trainer programme for CDP Technical Specialist to train Pierian and Client teams to implement, operate and enhance CDP implementations, integrations and analytics

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated track record of Marketing technology design, implementation and operations projects 
  • 3 to 5 years Experience working with CDP platforms such as Adobe, Blueconic and Tealium
  • 3 to 5 years Experience working with MarTech tools (Tag Manager, Analytics)

Desirable Additional Experience: 

  • Provide training and support to clients and internal users on data platform functionalities, data access, and best practices. Experience in CDP other MarTech platforms such as Tag Management, Analytics, A/B Testing and Digital Personalisation tools. 
  • Experience with a Data CDP such as (Blueconic/ Tealium/Adobe/Treasure Data, Signal, Red Point etc) 
  • Experience and knowledge in CPG, Telecom, Fintech, Insurance industry will be a big plus
  • Proven work experience in data architecture and data modelling; preferably with experience working in CRM, paid media, social, and offline data. 
  • Familiar with a range of data sources (including customer, web, mobile app, sales, geo-location etc) and comfortable discussing how this combines to create an enhanced customer view
  • Proven track record of managing successful CDP initiatives and delivering capabilities that drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills to facilitate complex concepts and stakeholders' meetings. 
  • Highly adaptable to change and an excellent team player with the ability to influence and negotiate. 
  • Strong technology, analytics, and organizational skills.
